- A custom cue is a new line of up to 200 characters that VMD turns into speech in your chosen voice.
- Standard section calls, count-ins and repeat reminders are free. Playing, rehearsing and sharing a cue you already have is free too.
- You’ll see how many credits you need before generating. Only successful requests use credits. If a later request fails, earlier successful requests still count.
- Free credits reset each UTC calendar month. The proposed Band allowance follows each paid billing period. The trial has one allowance of 150 custom cues. Included credits do not carry over.
- Proposed credit packs cost £5 for 1,000 credits. Packs are not available to buy yet. Purchased credits do not expire, but you can only use them during an active paid Band period.
Cue track export and MIDI clock are also available on Free and during the trial. MIDI output needs browser support and a configured receiving device or app.
Questions
How does the free month work?
Your free month starts when you confirm your email and applies to the first band you create. Creating a band later does not restart the clock. The trial includes Band limits and 150 custom cues for the whole trial, with no card needed. Joining or receiving an existing band does not start a new trial.
What happens after the trial?
Your band moves to Free. You keep your members, invitations, arrangements and setlists. Existing members and editors keep access, but you can only add more within the Free limits. Paid subscriptions are not available yet.
Do my band members pay?
No. The leader's plan covers everyone in the band. Members sign up free, accept a band invitation and join the band's Live session from the workspace. Each player has their own click and cue mix on their phone.
